Cycling on the move in the province

BMX racing has taken a back seat in the province due to the closure of the BMX track in Kabega Park. Wings BMX Club has been in negotiations with the Nelson Mandela Motropolitan Municipality to lease a piece of ground next to the Algoa Park Police Station, but these negotiations have been ongoing for some time now without success.

When ground does become available, a substancial amount of money would be needed to erect a BMX track that would suitable for the needs of BMX'ing in the province. If any person/s or business can help in this regard any help will be appreciated and aybody can get into contact with the province to give assistance.
